Stanford University is recruiting for a position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor in the Medical Center Line or in the Clinician Educator Line in the Department of Medicine, Division of Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
Applicants should have an MD or MD/PhD and be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and Hematology or Oncology. The candidates should have an outstanding record of accomplishment in clinical care, teaching, and a focused area of expertise in allogeneic and autologous marrow and blood stem cell transplantation. The successful Medical Center Line candidate will have an outstanding record of research in the broad area relevant to blood and marrow transplantation - collaborations with colleagues in related disciplines, including research activity, translational science and participation in clinical trials are important aspects of this position. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching and scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine. The major criteria for appointment for Clinician Educators are excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.
We expect the successful candidate to attend in our outpatient Infusion Treatment Area (ITA) in the Cancer Center, and the BMT inpatient service in Stanford Hospital. They will conduct weekly outpatient clinic sessions. Teaching responsibilities for the candidate will include the teaching of residents and fellows, as well as Divisional teaching responsibilities within the Department of Medicine. Research on basic laboratory, translational or clinical aspects of autologous or allogeneic bone marrow transplantation is an important aspect of the position.
Rank and salary will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
